Reception 2027 New Starters
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING NEW RECEPTION STARTERS FOR SEPTEMBER 2027
If your child is due to start school in September 2027, there are some things that you will need to start thinking about soon. Admissions to Wharton CE Primary are made through the Cheshire West Admissions Website, following the link https://www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/residents/education-and-learning/school-admissions/reception-admissions .
Applications can be made from the beginning of September 2026 and must be made by 15th January 2027.
We look forward to welcoming new families into school from September 2026 to show you around, meet some of the school staff, see the children working in their classrooms and help you to make an informed decision about starting school for your child.
Dates available for looking around our school are 8th October at 9.30am and 4.00pm, and 26th November at 1.30pm. The visit will last around 15 minutes and you will be taken around the school by a member of the school staff and have the opportunity to see our school as it works everyday.
